Shipping Policy

At Launch My Reviews, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. We currently offer two delivery options:

Delivery Options

1–2 Day Delivery
Orders shipped with our 1–2 day delivery option are typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

2–3 Day Delivery
Orders shipped with our 2–3 day delivery option are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed as soon as payment has been confirmed. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.

During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete before placing an order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions to receive the order.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information.
